The staff was hella cool and made us feel welcome. We had a blast exploring the dope city of Caceres and the hotel was hella close to the vibrant nightlife. The free street parking was clutch, making it easy for our squad to roll in and out.

The only thing we wish was better is if the hotel had a lit party room or a sick rooftop pool where we could turn up with our crew. It would've been extra lit if there were some wild parties happening at the hotel for young party-goers like us.

The bed was comfy, staff nice. Good location, city centre in walking distance. Good choice for budget travelers. It surprised me for a 1-star. Good price, great location. Clean room, decent wi-fi, English TV channels. Noon check out was handy.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. They are super helpful, attentive, and funny. They even offered to help me when I didn't ask and always checked if I needed anything. The manager even walked me to the hire car company and introduced me to the manager there. The hotel is impressively spotless, including my room. I slept the best I have in a very long time! The lounge area is lovely, with a TV and microwave available if you need them. The location is fantastic, being very close to both the bus and train stations, as well as the beautiful old town. I didn't want to leave, so I ended up staying an extra night. The price for all of this is also very good. I highly recommend this place!

This hotel is perfectly located just off a long avenue that usually has a lot of activity. You can easily explore the beautiful old town, as it is very close by. The rooms are clean, with comfy beds and a good shower and bath with lots of hot water. The staff is amazing, always helpful, attentive, and even funny. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

The hotel can sometimes be full of kids, which might give a strange vibe to some guests.
